No, the title is correct, from a certain view. Such as DC’s view.

*Gasp! What am I eluding to? Can it really be true? Have the past three decades of fandom of these two franchises going to pay me back in full?

That’s right. Mark October on your calendar and read What’s Out Wednesday as you would your comics. DC will be giving us the 80’s child, nerdvana crossover of the century. This will be the first time in history that these two have crossed over to one another. Written by Mattel Head Writer and Masters of the Universe Lead Creative Rob David and Supervising Producer Lloyd Goldfine with art by Freddie E. Williams II, who recently wrapped the “Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” crossover. For those of you who haven’t read the Batman/TMNT crossover, it’s fantastic, and I’m excited to see what Freddie can do with these two properties.

The gist of the event that we’re getting here at The Nerdery is, Mumm-Ra is on the hunt for a weapon that could possibly beat the Sword Of Omens. Naturally, that brings him across the path of He-Man’s power sword. All out nerdtastic events ensue from that point.

You can bet that this will be a top pick upon release. So, get your order in now to reserve your copy.
