There’s some weird stuff coming out today, and some really cool stuff too. The Aliens 30th anniversary is here. With the anniversary we get a special anniversary book too. The Tithe Vol. 2 TPB releases today with fellow Top Cow alum Stjepan Sejic’s Switch #3. Batman #50, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #1, Star Wars #17, and Superman #50 topped the sales charts for March, in respective order. The Fight Club 2 finale (issue #10) dropped the series to the #72 slot, and the Back To The Future series dropped to lowly #109 with issue #6. Will the MMPR series be doomed for short lived success as well? Only time will tell. Meanwhile, some long time favorites are returning back to the top, reminding people why they’ve been around as long as they have. Anyhow, I’m off to raid the racks myself, I suggest you do the same. Don’t forget, you can catch all of your favorites at Toxic City Comics and grab The Nerdery’s top picks.

Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice has been out just over two weeks, and it would seem critics don’t care for it. With most magazines and online critic sites giving less than stellar reviews (I disagree completely), most people assumed Warner Bros. would take a step back and reevaluate their plans with the DC Extended Universe. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Minus a few reshoots for Suicide Squad, everything is moving according to schedule. There’s even rumors flying that BvS will be re-released, uncut, with an R rating. DC and WB are up to a lot more, though.
